Vinod Nair has extensive experience in technical support and project management, beginning as a Jr. System Administrator at Sami Labs Limited from 2005 to 2006. Vinod continued to develop skills in this field at Wipro as a Project Engineer from 2006 to 2007. In July 2007, Vinod joined Ixia, progressing from Support Engineer to Manager of Technical Support. Currently, since May 2019, Vinod serves as Senior Manager of Technical Support for APAC at Keysight Technologies, overseeing various aspects of technical support, operational KPI management, and customer relationship management.
