Jacob Shrader has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 as a Waiter at Miyas Sushi. In 2018, they were a Journalist at ESTNN.com | Esports, and in 2019 they were an Intern at BTIG, a Marketing Intern at settlyt, an Intern at LightShed Partners, and a Community Growth and Marketing Intern at Stream-Aid. In 2020, they were a GM of eSports at ZenSports, and since 2022 they have been a Marketing Director and Business Development Manager at KeyStar Corp.

Jacob Shrader attended Tufts University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
