Mark Thomas has over 15 years of experience in the tech and finance industries. Mark began their career in 2004 as a Sr. Financial Analyst for both Gap, Inc. and McKesson Corporation. In 2005, they founded and became the CEO of Thomas Executive Resources, a recruiting agency focused on retained, contingency, permanent, temporary placement, and RPO services. The agency grew to over 40 companies in less than 2 years and had a revenue of over $500K in its second year. In 2008, Thomas Executive Resources was acquired and Mark Thomas went on to found WorkYourCareer, a tech startup and online job board focused on referral bonuses. In 2009, they co-founded SayHired, a tech startup that provided automated phone screening and analysis to recruiters. In 2011, they joined Intuit as a Sr. Product Manager, Employee Management Solutions, where they created and managed two brand new tech products. In 2012, they co-founded Reesio, a SaaS product that automated the paperwork, compliance, and manual processes of buying and selling a home for residential real estate professionals and their clients. In 2015, Reesio was acquired by News Corp's Realtor.com, where Mark Thomas became the VP, Professional Software. In 2016, they co-founded ZenSports, a mobile sports betting app, which was acquired by KeyStar Corp in 2022. At KeyStar, Mark Thomas initially served as Chief Product Officer before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in January 2023.
Mark Thomas attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Investments & Banking and Risk Management.
