Steven Amend

Steven Amend is currently the Corporate Counsel at The KeyState Companies, a position held since 2015. Steven has previously worked as an attorney in various roles, including solo practitioner and Deputy Public Defender in Clark County, and served as a law clerk at Moran and Associates. A volunteer leader with the Human Rights Campaign from 2004 to 2017, Steven played significant roles in developing the Las Vegas Steering Committee and organizing impactful advocacy events. In addition to professional commitments, Steven is active on the boards of The Gay & Lesbian Center of Southern Nevada and The Ridges Homeowners Association, focusing on community engagement and governance. Steven earned a J.D. from the University of Idaho and a B.S. in Health Care Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
