Keystone is the operator of two registered mortgage schemes:

- The KC Select Income Fund (ARSN 615 690 732) is a contributory mortgage scheme that provides investors with access to a range of first and second mortgage investment opportunities.

- The KC Diversified Income Fund (ARSN 615 690 876) is a pooled mortgage scheme that provides investors with the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of first mortgage loans.
