Tim has also been Director of Design & Development at Novo Development Group and Senior Design Manager at Flaherty & Collins Properties. With a strong background in project viability assessments and innovative architectural solutions, Tim is committed to enhancing design efficiency and driving impactful results. Tim studied at Ball State University from 2000 to 2002.
