Patrick Farrell is the founder of Potomac Angel Capital, established in early 2022 to bring like-minded angel investors together in the D.C. area to invest in mission-driven entrepreneurs, and is the founder of Keystone Collective. They are the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Keystone Investing. As Executive Director of Potomac Angel Capital, they manage the network's strategy, source deals, host events, collaborate on diligence, and work directly with members. They were an early member of the executive team at Nehemiah Security, where they evaluated acquisition and funding opportunities and executed four transactions (two acquisitions, a divestiture, and a sale); they led operations in areas including legal, recruiting, compliance, security, procurement, and cross-departmental projects. Earlier roles included Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (2014–2016), Business Analyst at 9Lenses (2012), and Operations Consultant at Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions (2013); they earned a Bachelor of Sciences with a double major in Human & Organizational Development and Economics from Vanderbilt University (2010–2014) and attended Semester At Sea / ISE in 2012.
