Isabel Napper

Isabel Napper is an experienced strategic business leader, non-executive director (NED), and chair with a robust background in law. Having spent 30 years advising diverse businesses on commercial and IP issues as a partner at a major law firm, they currently serve on corporate boards in the technology field. Isabel has held leadership roles, including Chair of the Board of Trustees at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and senior independent director at Skillcast and Tristel Global. Additionally, they engage in mentoring projects with startups and provide consultancy advice to professional services businesses. Isabel's educational background includes a BA (Hons) from London Metropolitan University and a master's degree from UCL.
