James Grinstead

James Grinstead is a Construction Partner at Keystone Law, specializing in building safety, ESG, and various forms of construction dispute resolution. They have nearly 10 years of experience in construction and engineering law, focusing on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Previously, James held positions as a solicitor at Goodman Derrick LLP and a paralegal at multiple firms, where they gained extensive experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts and advising clients on risk management. James also acts as a Board Member of the Leicester City Supporters Trust and leads a Sustainability & Decarbonisation team at Devonshires. They hold a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School, as well as a BA from Durham University.
