As President and Owner of Keystone Staffing Resources since May 1992, Pat has led the company in providing staffing solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Recruiting Manager at J.E. Wottowa & Associates from December 1980 to May 1992, where Pat managed the department and focused on recruiting for management-level positions across various sectors, including Hospitality, Banking, Advertising, Human Resources, and Sales. Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
