Senior Engineer, Offshore Programs at Keystone Tower Systems

Eric Sells has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Eric started their career in 2012 at Blade Energy Partners, where they worked as an Engineer. During this time, they gained expertise in pipe connections, pipe and pressure vessel design, and analysis. Eric also led non-standard projects and developed original solutions. In 2019, Eric joined Good Faith Energy as an Engineering Manager, focusing on renewable energy markets. Eric implemented organizational and process changes to tackle the company's challenges and reduce project times. In 2021, Eric moved to MPR Associates, Inc. as a Senior Engineer before joining Keystone Tower Systems in 2022 as a Senior Engineer for Offshore Programs.

Eric Sells pursued their education at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from 2007 to 2010. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the same institution, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.

Kestone's spiral-welding process is a breakthrough in tower manufacturing, allowing for the support of larger next-generation turbines. The company can significantly reduce the cost of onshore and offshore towers while also allowing turbines to reach higher into stronger winds for more energy absorption.
