Benjamin Mercer

Benjamin Mercer is the Sr. Director of Recruiting at Keystone. Prior to joining Keystone, they were with Wayfair as the Senior Recruiting Manager from November 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they were with Uber as the Recruiting Manager from January 2018 to October 2019. Prior to that, they were self-employed from August 2017 to December 2017. Before that, they were with Microsoft as the University Recruiting Account Manager - AI & Research and Office Product Group from September 2007 to August 2017.

Benjamin Mercer's educational career began at Boston College High School, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. Benjamin then attended Brown University, where they studied for a year before earning their degree.

They work with Paige Snell - Recruiting Coordinator, William Glomstad - HR Business Partner, and Rachel Norton - HR Program Manager. Benjamin Mercer reports to Leonard Dandurand, VP, Human Resources.
