Fabio Rueda

Fabio Rueda is a Ph.D. economist currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Keystone AI, where they apply econometrics and machine-learning techniques to complex economic questions in areas such as antitrust and finance. Previously, they spent nearly seven years at Deloitte as a Transfer Pricing Manager, providing insights on transfer-pricing matters for global clients. Fabio also held the position of Technical Director for the Cartagena Cómo Vamos Project, where they produced influential quality-of-life reports and conducted research on various social and economic issues. Education-wise, they earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar.
