Tisbe Galindo

Tisbe Galindo is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) across various industries. Currently serving as VP and Head of FP&A at Keystone AI since May 2025, Tisbe previously held the position of EVP - FP&A at Andela and SVP - FP&A at KnowBe4, where Tisbe played a pivotal role in establishing the FP&A function and led the team through significant funding rounds and a successful IPO. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Intersection Co. and Deutsche Bank, with a strong foundation in finance developed through a Master's degree in Business Administration from Canisius University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo.
