He previously worked at Venn Group as a Manager, where he led a team of 5 consultants in providing specialist recruitment services to the NHS in various non-clinical disciplines. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies from the University of Leeds, Johnny has a strong background in recruitment and executive consulting within the healthcare sector.
