Mike Range

Mike Range serves as the Commercial and Operations Director at Keystream since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Venn Group from September 2010 to August 2025, including Associate Director - Client Solutions, Head of Healthcare & Projects, and Digital Project Manager, with a focus on client solutions, strategic business development, and digital transformation initiatives. Mike's career in recruitment began in the healthcare sector and expanded into education, where significant contributions led to the establishment of a division with a £10 million turnover. Early career experiences include service as a Midshipman RNR in the Royal Navy and a Project Officer role at Corus. Mike holds a Contemporary History BA (Hons) degree from the University of Leicester.
