Jamal Laroussi

Jamal Laroussi has a diverse work experience in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry. Jamal is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Keytel, where they provide strategic advice and creative solutions to independent hotels worldwide. Before joining Keytel, Jamal worked as the Founder of 3M Consulting, offering consulting services to travel, tourism, and hospitality businesses. Jamal also co-founded World Travel Destinations and served as its CEO. Prior to that, they held several roles at Serhs Tourism, including Director of Cities Spain & International Business Unit, Senior Manager of Destination & Centralized Management, Head of Contracting for Hotels & DMC Services, and International Contracts Manager. Jamal also has experience in the hotel industry, working in front office and booking departments at Hotel Bernat II and front office and night audit at Hotel Mar Blau earlier in their career.

Jamal Laroussi completed their education in a chronological manner. Jamal obtained a Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management from Institut Trans in 1998. Prior to that, they received a Postgraduate diploma in Management and Marketing from Universitat de les Illes Balears in 2007. In 2007, they also pursued a Postgraduate in Management and Marketing from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Subsequently, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from EAE Business School in 2012. In addition, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, majoring in Applied Mathematics, from Faculté des Sciences et Techniques de Settat in 1996.
