Alaa Arnous

Alaa Arnous is a Technical Support Manager at Keytime, where they have been since 2020. With extensive experience as an Information Technology Network Administrator, Alaa has worked in the restaurant industry and possesses skills in various technical areas including Windows 7, computer networking, and Active Directory. Prior to their current role, Alaa was the WiMax installation team leader at Bright Wires from 2007 to 2009 and served as an IT Network Administrator at Kudu Company for Food and Catering from 2009 to 2019. Alaa holds a Diploma in Network Engineering from New Horizon.
