KeyUrla is a hospitality concept built around 24 independent villas, designed to express the cultural, agricultural and ecological richness of Urla through an integrated, nature-led experience. The project reflects a long-term commitment to preserving the region’s character while offering a grounded, four-season living environment.
The architectural masterplan, created by award-winning architect Han Tümertekin, follows a low-impact and landscape-sensitive approach. More than 350 existing trees were preserved during development, and each villa was positioned to maintain an uninterrupted connection with the land’s natural topography and vegetation.
Sustainability is central to KeyUrla’s philosophy: local sourcing, regional producer collaborations and environmentally conscious construction form the foundation of its operational model. An Urla, the on-site, chef-driven restaurant is shaped entirely by seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. UVA Wellness brings a holistic approach with vinotherapy, traditional hammam rituals and nature-focused relaxation spaces within its two-floor, 500 m² structure.
KeyUrla aims to create a meaningful connection between guests and the authentic identity of Urla, strengthening the region’s cultural and agricultural ecosystem through responsible hospitality and thoughtful design.
