Rick Pooler

Rick Pooler is a Senior DSP Engineer at KeyW Corporation since February 2020, focusing on the development of advanced communications and radar systems within the Rapid Solutions Special Project Division. Prior experience includes serving as an RF Systems Engineer at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, concentrating on RF hardware and signal processing for air and missile defense, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, where work centered on dynamic spectrum access for radar systems. Rick's background also includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn State and an RF Systems Engineering Intern at the Army Research Lab, where hardware and DSP algorithms for adaptive radar systems were developed. Earlier in their career, Rick worked as a Hardware Engineering Co-op at Ingersoll Rand, testing Z-Wave controlled devices. Rick holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University.
