Koen De Brabander

Koen De Brabander is an honorary chartered auditor at the Instituut van de Bedrijfsrevisoren-Institut des Réviseurs d'Entreprises and serves as the chairman of the board at Taborgroep. With expertise in valuation services, mergers and acquisitions, and family business consultation, they have played vital roles in several companies, including being an independent director at Keyware Technologies NV and M&A advisor at Vleeswaren De Keyser NV. Koen is also a management consultant at DEBRAKO CONSULT BV, where they leverage their extensive financial and management experience. They are currently the CFO of Banqup Group, having embraced the role with passion. Koen holds a special license in Tax from HUB-EHSAL, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
