Jon Mendoza

Jon Mendoza has a strong background in real estate acquisitions and investment. Jon is currently the Director of Multifamily Acquisitions at Keyway. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as CEO of Ristretto Electric from 2020 to 2023. Jon also worked as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Casoro Group from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Director of Acquisitions - Central U.S. at Abacus Capital Group, where they played a significant role in acquiring over $2.5 billion of real estate assets. Jon has also held positions at F&B Capital as a Senior Investment Associate from 2014 to 2016, and at Virtus Real Estate Capital as an Acquisitions Manager from 2012 to 2014. Jon started their career as an Asset Management Analyst at C-III Asset Management.

Jon Mendoza has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 2008. Jon then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 2018.
