Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith is a Structural Engineer-in-Training with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, ranging from drafting and design to project inspection and administration. Currently employed at Keywest Projects Ltd. as a Structural EIT since November 2018, Sarah has previously worked in various roles, including a Works Inspector for The City of Calgary, where responsibilities included inspecting construction materials and ensuring compliance with city standards. Additional experience includes positions as a Geomatics Technologist at Focus Corporation and a CAD operator at Stantec, complemented by earlier roles as a Civil Draftperson at SNC-Lavalin and Manitoba Infrastructure & Transportation. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University, an Associate’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Technology from RRC Polytech, and a Project Management in Construction Certificate from Mount Royal University.
