James Gallagher

James Gallagher has extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry, with a focus on community management, social media management, and content production. James is currently serving as the Head of Community Management at Keywords Studios, where they lead a team of 110 community managers worldwide. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Social Media Manager at Keywords Studios. Before joining Keywords Studios, James worked as a Social Media Manager at Techland and as a Content Manager (contractor) at eBay. James also has experience in international community management, having worked at Rockstar Games where they led social media content and engagement with fans. Their early career includes roles as a Social Media Manager and Content Producer at Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe, where they created editorial content for their website.

James Gallagher attended Hagley RC High School from 1995 to 2002. James then pursued a Bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing at Aberystwyth University from 2002 to 2006, graduating with a 2:1. In 2007, they attended the University of the Arts London and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Periodical Journalism in 2008.
