Peter Fedak

Peter Fedak's work experience includes serving as the Vice President Defence Programs at KF Aerospace since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Operations at SkyAlyne from 2018 to 2021, where they also served as the Interim Director of Indigenous Relations. From 2019, they worked as a Private Investor at ORBAI. Peter previously held positions such as Site Manager at KF Aerospace from 2015 to 2021, Captain Pilot at STARS - Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society from 2014 to 2015, and Rotary Wing Ground Training and Simulator Instructor at Canadian Helicopters, an HNZ Company from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they had a long career in the Canadian Armed Forces, where they held roles such as Commandant 3 Canadian Forces Flying Training School and Pilot. Peter also worked as the Director Air Force Employment at the Department of National Defence from 2011 to 2012 and as the Canadian Forces Liaison Officer at Fort Rucker, Alabama from 2009 to 2011.

Peter Fedak has a diverse education history. Peter obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science with a concentration in Aviation Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2011 to 2014. Peter also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Alberta, which they completed between 1988 and 1992. Additionally, they earned a High School Diploma with Honours from Archbishop O'Leary High School from 1985 to 1988.

In addition to their formal education, Peter Fedak has obtained various certifications relevant to their career. Peter holds a Class 1 Medical certification from Transport Canada, obtained in 2019. Peter also has a Group IV Instrument Rating from Transport Canada, obtained in June 2013. Furthermore, they obtained an Airline Transport Pilot License with a Helicopter endorsement (ATPL-H) and a Class 3 Instructor Rating from Transport Canada, both obtained in 2007.
