Alex Fabry

Alex Fabry is a Managing Partner at KFA, where the focus is on investing in people-first businesses that traditional capital often overlooks, along with advising founders and operators through various business transitions. Prior to forming KFA in June 2025, Alex held roles in business development at Y Meadows, achieving an 80% lead conversion rate, and served as a Vice President at Charlesbank Capital Partners, where significant value creation occurred across a diverse range of companies. Additional experiences include roles as a board observer at multiple firms and a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, with a strong background in finance and business strategy garnered from an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas Tech University.
