Laura Montealegre is an experienced architectural professional currently serving as a Project Architect and Construction Administrator at KFA Architecture since March 2019. Previously, Laura held the position of Project Manager at Sidley Jones, Inc. from February 2012 to February 2019, where responsibilities included code research, construction documentation, and consultant coordination. Laura has extensive experience at BL Architecs from 2000 to February 2019, focusing on program analysis and specifications. As a consultant for CO Architects and Levin & Associates, Laura contributed to achieving DSA certification and worked on construction documents for historical renovations. Laura's architectural career began at TWG Architects as a Project Manager from 1989 to 2000. Laura earned a Master's degree in Architecture from SCI-Arc between 1985 and 1989.
