Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiter at KFI Engineers, Recruiting Consultant at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Talent Delivery at Professional Project Partners, Inc., where Michelle specialized in connecting clients with skilled professionals across diverse technical and leadership roles.
