Alaina Qureshi

Alaina Qureshi, PHR, currently serves as a Vendor Strategy and Delivery Recruiting Talent Associate at Kforce Inc. since September 2022, where notable achievements include selection for the 2025 LEAP Emerging Leaders Program and recognition as Vendor’s Choice Best Kforce Recruiter by iLabor in 2024. Alaina has a strong track record in negotiating competitive candidate rates, achieving the Highest Average Gross Profit Percentage on the team in 2024. Prior to Kforce, Alaina held the role of Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target, managing HR operations for a retail store with over 200 team members and overseeing various HR processes. Alaina's earlier experience includes positions as an Executive Intern, Production Assistant, and Store Manager at Ice Dreammm Shop. Alaina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business.
