Alexa Koen has over eight years of experience in recruitment, currently serving as Supervisor and Internal Recruiter at Kforce Inc since June 2015. Recognized with the EPIC Award in 2021 and named Employee of the Quarter in Q4 2020, Alexa has excelled in training new recruiters, conducting accountability meetings, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. Prior roles include Sr. Internal Recruiter, where Alexa was a Top LinkedIn Recruiter in 2019, and Sr. Finance & Accounting Recruiter, achieving top producer status in Q3 2016. Earlier experience includes a role as a Teller at Regions Financial Corporation, providing customer service and transaction services. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tampa.
