Cory Carter has over a decade of experience in technical recruitment, primarily within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Vertical Delivery Director and Lead Technical Recruiter at Kforce Inc since January 2013, Cory is responsible for the full lifecycle of technical recruiting and leads major client initiatives. Previously, Cory held positions as a Senior IT Recruiter and IT Recruiter at Kforce, focusing on high-demand markets in New York City and New Jersey. Prior to joining Kforce, Cory was a Quality Coordinator at IKEA, ensuring product quality and implementing cost-effective solutions. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida.
