Dan Lynes has over 15 years of experience in recruiting and talent management, primarily with Kforce Inc since April 2008. Lynes holds multiple roles, including Principal Talent Executive and Strategic Delivery Director, overseeing strategic accounts such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bristol Myers Squibb. Previously, Lynes served as the Director of Recruiting and Market Manager for Finance & Accounting, focusing on business development and candidate generation in the Greater Tampa Bay area. Earlier positions include Talent Senior Manager, where Lynes supported various hiring needs and project management roles involving logistical support for significant initiatives. Additionally, experience at Total Event Solutions and Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing includes team leadership and campaign management. Lynes earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing & Advertising from the University of Tampa.
