Douglas Rich

Douglas Rich is the current Chief of Staff at Kforce. Douglas previously served in the United States Marine Corps from September 1995 to August 1999, where they attained the rank of Captain. In their time with the Marines, they held various positions of escalating responsibility.

Douglas Rich graduated from Ridge High School. Douglas then went on to St. Bonaventure University where they earned their BA in Journalism/Mass Communications. After working for a few years, they decided to go back to school and earned their Human Capital Management certification from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Douglas then completed an Advanced Strategy Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Lastly, they earned their MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Their manager is Joseph Liberatore, President & CEO. They work with David Kelly - CFO & Secretary, David Bair - Region President, West, and Denis Edwards - CIO.
