Helen Pendleton Johnston

Helen Pendleton Johnston has over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, currently serving as a Team Lead and Strategic Delivery Director at Kforce Inc since May 2008. In these roles, Helen specializes in connecting technology professionals with innovative companies, fostering strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and developing training materials for delivery teams. Previously, Helen held the position of Managing Director, where responsibility included leading a team of Technical Recruiters in the Austin region. Helen also worked as a Market Manager, focusing on placing IT professionals with direct clients.
