Javier Roca

Javier Roca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the Information Technology sector. Currently serving as Market Vice President and previously as Market Director at Kforce Inc since October 2006, Javier leads operations across the IT and Finance/Accounting divisions in the Miami office. Earlier roles at Kforce also include Field Director, Client Relationship Director, and Account Manager, where Javier focused on talent acquisition and client relationship management. Prior to Kforce, Javier worked as an Information Technology Account Manager at Modcomp, engaging in aggressive prospecting and managing complex technical solutions for clients. Javier began a career in technology as a Computer Administrator at All State Insurance Corporation while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Florida International University.
