Josh Kaiser

Josh Kaiser, MPA, CPA (Inactive), is a Talent Director at Kforce, specializing in connecting finance and accounting professionals with leading employers. Having begun their career in public accounting with firms such as PwC and Chortek LLP, Josh shifted their focus to recruiting, driven by a passion for helping others navigate their career journeys. With a commitment to building lasting connections, Josh was honored as the Finance & Accounting Search Rookie of the Year in 2021. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, they hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Accounting. Outside of work, Josh enjoys staying active through weightlifting and exploring topics in personal development.
