Justin Holt

Justin Holt is currently a Team Lead and Principal Talent Executive at Kforce, where they focus on placing top-level IT professionals while serving as a networking resource in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to this, Justin served in the Army National Guard for over two decades, retiring as a Chaplain after fulfilling roles including Battalion Chaplain and Recruiting and Retention NCO. Additionally, Justin completed a Master of Divinity at Liberty University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management at Saint Leo University. In a previous position at Irving Bible Church, they developed marriage ministry curriculum and coordinated events.
