Lauren Davis has extensive experience in the legal and corporate governance fields, currently serving as the Manager of Information Assurance and Data Privacy Program at Kforce Inc since March 2017. Previously, Lauren held roles including Data Privacy Program Manager and Senior Corporate Paralegal. At It Works! Global, from August 2014 to January 2017, responsibilities included maintaining corporate records, preparing resolutions, and ensuring compliance with governance policies. Prior to that, Lauren worked as a Corporate Paralegal at the Law Offices of Battaglia, Ross, Dicus and McQuaid and as a Corporate Project Assistant/Paralegal at Hill, Ward & Henderson, P.A., along with experience as a Legal Assistant at Adcox & Winter, LLP. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama, obtained in 2005.
