Louise Dillon has over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Market Manager and Strategic Delivery Director for Finance and Accounting at Kforce since 1999. In this role, Louise leads a team of talented recruiters dedicated to expanding the Finance and Accounting portfolio in the Washington DC Metro area, with a focus on training and developing the recruiting team. Prior to Kforce, Louise worked as a Customer Service Manager at the National Association of Convenience Stores from 1998 to 2000. Louise holds a Masters of Commerce Advanced in Human Resource Management from UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts, Honors in Sociology from Western University.
