Michael Pirone

Michael Pirone, CPA, serves as the Managing Director for the Tri-State Finance & Accounting and Technology Direct Hire Practice at Kforce Inc, a role held since July 2015. With extensive experience in finance, accounting, and technology recruitment, responsibilities include overseeing permanent placement divisions across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as well as mentoring staff and fostering client-candidate relationships. Previous positions include Managing Director and Vice President at various firms, where Michael developed long-lasting connections with clients and candidates across multiple industries and held significant roles in recruitment and accounting functions. Michael began the career at Lehman Brothers as a Business Unit Controller and has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
