Sharon Bilu has extensive experience in technology recruitment, most notably serving as Senior Director and Managing Director for Technology Recruiting in the East Region at Kforce Inc from July 2018 to December 2021. In this role, Sharon was responsible for training technology recruiters, developing training programs, and ensuring successful candidate-client matches. Previous positions include Account Manager at Clarus Group Inc from February 2007 to March 2008, and Account Manager at Utopia Fragrances from November 2001 to December 2006, as well as an internship at Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2000. Sharon Bilu earned a BSBA in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Florida, completed in May 2001, following graduation from Stoneman Douglas High School in May 1997.
