Todd Bever

Todd Bever is an experienced executive in project management and process improvement, currently serving as Vice President of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) at Kforce Inc since April 2005, where leadership is provided to a team focused on enterprise strategy and portfolio management. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Vice President of Business Process Automation Services (BPAS), contributing to the establishment of the Business Process Management Department by integrating Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints methodologies. Earlier experience includes an analyst role at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. involved in procurement and efficiency analysis, and a foundational analyst position at Kforce Inc. focused on candidate sourcing and process reengineering. Todd holds an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
