Kform is the industrial platform for defense startups. We help founders build fast and scale reliably by unifying engineering and manufacturing, providing rapid-configurable subsystems, orchestrating a team-of-teams partner network, and routing through proven VAR/IDIQ channels that convert prototypes into buys. Our services—Kform Build (on-demand, proposal-ready sprints) and Kform Scale (firm, fixed-scope commercialization and fielding)—remove friction from contracting and make production credibility the default. For teams that move with urgency and care about the mission, the “valley of death” is a mirage.

Kform began in 1980 as a contract manufacturer (machine shop) serving the greater Washington D.C. metro area. Through dedication to quality, Kform formed a strong reputation as a precision manufacturer. Kform evolved specialization in high-value, precision manufacturing supporting government and defense programs. Kform remains flexible as a small, privately held business focusing on defense innovation.
