We are a non-profit foundation that has been operating for over ten years. Our founder is KfW, an internationally active promotional bank that stands for the sustainable development of the environment, society and companies. As KfW Stiftung, we provide opportunities to those who drive social transformation, complementing the mission of our founder.

Our mission: Shaping change

We address the major social issues of the future and actively shape change in society with our commitment. We work together with national and international partners in the areas of Ecology and sustainability, Economy and society as well as Art and Culture. In this way, we empower civil society actors to develop solutions for urgent issues.
