Alexander Schott serves as a Senior Portfoliomanager at KfW since September 2013, focusing on global equity investments and funds, including strategic funds and direct equity investments, as well as participation financing for the KfW Development Bank. Previously, Alexander held the position of Senior Manager in asset management within financial markets, specializing in sustainable finance and a green bond portfolio. From August 2016 to February 2021, Alexander was an honorary member of the local council for Stadt Frankfurt. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a semester abroad in Finance at Hawaii Pacific University, a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance from Frankfurt School, and study experiences at Sun Yat-sen University and Tongji University, where Mandarin language skills were developed.
