Carsten Frey

Carsten Frey has been with KfW since September 2001, serving as Direktor and Abteilungsleiter in various capacities, including Abteilungsleiter IT-Betriebsservices and Senior Großprojektleiter for IT realignment. Prior to KfW, Carsten Frey worked at Software AG from September 1999 to September 2001, holding positions as Abteilungsdirektor, IT Projektleiter, and System Engineer. Carsten Frey holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management (General Management) from ESMT Berlin, obtained in 2017, and a Staatsexamen in Mathematics and Physics from Goethe University Frankfurt, completed in 1999.
