Eva Paul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy and decentralization projects, currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at KfW since February 2012. Prior to this role, Eva worked as a Project Coordinator at the Rwanda Ministry of Infrastructure, managing the Investment Climate Facility for Africa and focusing on the Energy Sector Transaction Advice and Capacity Building Project from March 2008 to August 2011. Eva's earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Expert for the Domestic Biogas Programme with GTZ in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Energy Studies with a focus on Energy Economics from the University of Dundee, a Postgraduate Certificate in Energy Management from the University of Stirling, and a Master's degree in Social Anthropology and Geography from Freie Universität Berlin.
