Federico Florian

Federico Florian has extensive experience in the financial sector, particularly in energy and infrastructure finance. Currently serving as the Head of London Branch and Head of Energy (UK & Ireland) at KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH since June 2018, Federico has held various roles within the same organization since September 2008, focusing on the financing of renewable energy and water, and overseeing project financing transactions across infrastructure, renewable energy, PFI/PPP, and transport sectors. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Energy & Environmental Finance at HBOS - Bank of Scotland Corporate and positions at The Royal Bank of Scotland - Angel Trains and Currie & Brown. Federico also held the role of General Counsel at Coviares S.A. - Covimet S.A. in Argentina. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Banking & Finance Law from the University of London and a Master's degree in Economic Integration Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, along with a law degree from Universidad del Salvador.
