Inga David has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Teamleiterin Nachwuchsförderung at KfW since August 2015, along with roles in Talent- und Kompetenzmanagement and the Transformationsteam Agilität. Prior to this, Inga held positions in Human Resources at KfW from April 2008 to September 2012, including Ausbildungsmanagement and as a Trainee. Inga's career began at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz as a Studienfachberaterin in Wirtschaftspädagogik from February 2006 to September 2007 and included an early role as a Kundenberaterin at Sparkasse in 2002. Inga holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Strategic Management and Human Resource Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2014-2015) and a Diplom in Wirtschaftspädagogik from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (2002-2007), complemented by an IHK certification in bank clerk apprenticeship from Sparkasse Osterode am Harz (1999-2002).
