Peter Weinert

Peter Weinert has a diverse work experience in the fields of climate and energy, project management, and policy advising, spanning over several decades. Peter has held various roles at organizations such as KfW, Peace Parks Foundation, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, BMZ, and GFA Consulting Group GmbH. Over the years, Peter has served as a Deputy Country Director, Principal Portfolio Manager, Senior Advisor, Teamleader, Country Director, Regional Director, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Policy Advisor. Their expertise lies in project management and consulting within the international development sector.

Peter Weinert completed their Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics at Technische Universität Berlin from 1985 to 1992. Peter then pursued post-graduate studies in Development Policy at the German Development Institute (GDI) in Berlin, Germany from 1992 to 1993.
